Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Moonwhim.

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take between 24 and 72 hours to become visible in the carrier’s system.

Estimated delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days from the shipment date. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Moonwhim is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Moonwhim shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or non delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout will be considered correctly fulfilled.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Moonwhim is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery, including but not limited to deliveries left in unsecured locations such as mailboxes, front porches, or shared access areas. Any claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non refundable. Moonwhim does not offer refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier, except where required by applicable law or at Moonwhim’s sole discretion.

Moonwhim reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
